Appel à contributions : The Harvard Asia Quarterly (HAQ), 4 août 2014
The Harvard Asia Quarterly (HAQ) is a professional academic journal of Asian studies affiliated with the Harvard University Asia Center. We publish four times per annum on multidisciplinary topics related to issues in East, South, Central, and Southeast Asia. HAQ is indexed by EBSCO Publishing and the Bibliography of Asian Studies.
We are currently seeking submissions for two upcoming issues. The themes are (1) “Asia’s Resurgence in the 21st Century: Issues, Challenges, and Future” and (2) “Gender and Sexuality in Asia: Representations in Literature and Art.”
Submissions are to be between roughly 5000 and 8000 words, and guidelines for submissions can be downloaded at www.asiaquarterly.com. Submission deadlines are August 4, 2014 for theme 1 and September 1, 2014 for theme 2.
Our Winter 2012 issue is accessible at http://www.asiaquarterly.com/#!recent-issues and contains interviews of Prof. Arthur Kleinman and former ASEAN Secretary-General Dr. Surin Pitsuwan.
